One of my most exciting opportunities during my time with BGSU's Office of Marketing and Brand Strategy was the night I travelled to The Big House at the University of Michigan to collaborate with their social team for our football game!It isn't often that a small MAC school like BGSU gets to play a BIG 10 powerhouse like UofM, so we HAD to capitalize.Coordinating with the UofM social media team, we were able to create multiple VIRAL videos, and collaborate to develop enagaing content at the football game.Although BGSU may have lost the game, this night is surely a win in my books!

Valentine's Day Campaign
Find Your Falcon Flame: SPEED DATING
For Valentines Day at BGSU, we love to bring awareness to our tens of THOUSANDS of Falcon Flames (2 BGSU alumni/students whom are married to one another!)This past Valentine's Day, I decided to do something special. To start a conversation about our Falcon Flames, I ran a campaign with the goal of increasing awareness of Falcon Flames.Throughout the duration of this campaign, I was in charge of:
The planning and execution of an on campus event: a speed dating booth open to students for meeting other students looking to make a connection!
Managing and assigning tasks to other interns, performing progress checks on their assignments and offering assistance throughout the duration of the campaign: Over 6 separate videos were created from the event!
Social listening and community management, analyzing the success of the campaign and how it resonated with our audience.

At BGSU, we acknowledge the importance of staying up-to-date with our alumni and what they go on to accomplish, and Anthony Doerr was on our radar.BGSU alumni Anthony Doerr graduated from BGSU in 1999 and went on to author Pulitzer prize-winning novel "All the Light We Cannot See."When Doerr's novel was adapted into a Netflix Original series, I led the charge on a campaign to highlight Doerr's story, from BGSU student, to the front page of Netflix.com.
